Hi I want to put coils in the rear and my front has a. 2 inch lift, and I measured my rear shock fully extended is about 60mm so do I need to get an 2 inch spring and get it load rated for how much weight I have?

after all that work on the sls that's a shame, why not get 2inch lift blocks for the bags.

I have spacers on the bags and the extension brackets and then the car has deflated so it's on the bump stops, so I want to swap it out with coil's

Consider 12 years plus on the average air suspension is pretty reliable considering what it does.
Compressors seals are rebuildable, kits are pretty cheap.
the Air bag might have a leak where it folds over on the retianing base,
Coils are usually replaced by then also. sagging.
You'll miss the Air suspension;)

Joel0407 did a great write up when he changed his D2 back to airbag rear suspension. He also made a emergency spare kit. Well worth the read.
This is a link to his spare kit. http://www.aulro.com/afvb/discovery-2/181009-my-sls-emergency-spares-kit.html
