D2 service Shedule, updated

I've updated the D2 service schedule to cover the kms from220,000 to 400,000. I've also added a "service year" row for vehicles built in 2002.
This is a word document, so you can change the year row to suit.
It saves me working if I do service A or B. And I'm a bit bored at work. :D

I've noticed a slight error. This has them fixed.
If you used the old one, you may have checked the axles oils every 20k kms not 40k kms.
