E-torx on Puma?

Recently picked up some impact torx sockets. I've only ever had the L shaped torx keys, but the impact 1/2" drive style made easy work of a job that came up.
Wondering if there is much in the way of e-torx (female torx) fasteners on the puma. I know there is some 12-point stuff and normal hex. Is e-torx a must have, nice to have, or not required tool for DIY puma maintenance?

They are used on the brake caliper bolts and also on the Uni joints of the steering column.
Also the swivel hubs are held on with them to the housing.
A fair few other parts mainly in the engine bay have them as well.

I reckon the brake caliper bolts will be 12point bolts not e-torx

Looks like 12 point on the caliper. Steering column looks about right

e-torx is one of those weird fasteners that will pull you up in your step if you don't have it, and it's always something that makes an appearance when you least want it to! Mainly used in the euro stuff and mainly engine mechanical... but being a ford donk, I'd think that they would be hiding there somewhere!

Yes, you are correct!
Realised that after I posted, also the swivel hub bolts, I needed some big bugger e-Torx sockets for something a while ago on the TDCi, trying to remember what it was for...

Yep, caliper bolts are 12 point. You can use some 12 point sockets on torx head bolts too, to get u out of trouble.
