changing gearbox oil on land rover defender puma - Bing video (http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=changing+gearbox+oil+on+land+rover+defend er+puma&qpvt=changing+gearbox+oil+on+land+rover+defender+p uma&view=detail&mid=6536BFED91FC63D5670B6536BFED91FC63D5670B&rvsmid=E01CA2E5C4DC1B50EDDDE01CA2E5C4DC1B50EDDD&fsscr=0&FORM=VDQVAP)
I changed the fluid before by removing the inspection panel below the tray or cubbybox and gravity fed it down using a funnel and a length of tubing. This is not to be undertaken unless you are very, very patient! Owing to the thickness of the oil it goes down very very slowly. Feeding it from above using a pump like this would be a much better way. Enjoy.
P,S. the wife dreads me looking at stuff like this as she knows what'll be coming down the track. She is usually asked to assist:D
