Hi folks, I am looking for someone with either a D3 or D4 in the SEQ area, wanting to install one of my dual battery kits, and would like FREE assistance to fit the kit.

I need a Guinea Pig for the new kits so I can take photos of the installation while we do it.

The new D3-BS, D3-DS, D4-2S and D4-5S kits are now supplied with the new SC80+BM isolators and all kits supplied in the last month have been upgraded to the new isolator at no additional cost.

The BM stands for the new In-Cab Battery Monitor and User Selectable Functions Module. I will post up full specific details about the new SC80+BM isolators in the VERANDA section shortly.

But these four kits will also be upgraded at the end of the month to a new fully Plug-N-Play cable loom, with the rear cargo area power socket wiring also being supplied in a pre-assembled Plug-N-Play setup.

This will make the installation even easier and quicker but I need to get some photos of an installation of the new kit, so I can supply the info needed in the new installation instructions.

So if someone is contemplating installing one of my kits, this offer is available.

PLEASE NOTE, the new kit will be supplied at the existing price until the end of the month, where there is going to be a 10% price increase applied to all my kits. Sorry but it's been a few years since the last price increase and I have to cover the ever increasing cost of parts used in my kits.

Tim.
Will the battery monitor and control module be available for the USI 160 systems into the future?
A battery monitor would top a great set up off.
Thanks
Andrew

Hi Andrew, like the second generation SC80, there is an upgrade coming for the USI-160, but also like the new SC80, where it took 18 months to get the new SC80 into full production, it will be at least that long before the second generation of the USI-160 is in production.

I have a string of other new unrelated products that have to be finished first and finding the time to do everything else as well is proving to be the biggest problem.

Hi Icefyre and Marcus, sorry for the delay in replying but there are only so many hours in a day.

If its convenient, phone me or PM me your phone numbers and a time to call and I will see what I can setup to your benefit.

Cheers, Tim.

Hi Mighty, I have one vehicle lined up but what usually happens, I get all the photos I THINK I need but as I write up the new instruction, I realise I need more.

So you may get a call. Thanks.

Hi Tim,

I still have the D4-5U kit in the box as I have been putting off installing. Can I retrofit the joiners to this kit before install? Can I even buy these anywhere?

Cheers

Hi John and I am not sure what you mean by joiners?

Give me a call and we should be able to sort out what you want to do.

Cheers, tim.

It'll still be good value for 10% more. You make a great product and your aftermarket service is nothing short of superhuman! Cheers

Hi Tim

Can you please post up some pics and details of the SC80+BM option?
Interested in the +BM part mostly.

Hi hv and sorry for taking so long to reply but I needed to get some share time to put a basic comparison chart together.

I'll try to get some photos posted as soon as I have them ready but for now, this should help with the different isolators and what each one can do.
