I removed the EGR and replaced it with this unit this morning. I thought it was pretty well engineered and TIG welded with a good thick solid base plate. Better than some of the others on the market.

Seller is a business, prompt communications, posts fast but uses a global shipping service, so took about 10 days after they got it
Range Rover TD6 L322 EGR bypass removal blanking kit 3.0 TD diesel | eBay (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/112144404978?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT)
The base is 12mm thick, reason so it wouldn't distort from the TIG welding. It fitted precisely into place. It was better quality than stuff I could source through my business at the price.
Cheers, Mario

In his listing description it said you had to use existing hardware, but in the kit I got there were 4 new allen key heads bolts and washers. Cheers, Mario

Mario,
is it really just a bolt on mod, no need for computer settings etc to change?

I've got the same blanking kit that Mario got. Unbolted the old and bolted up the new. Works perfectly.

Yep real easy. the hardest part of it all was getting the bottom right hand bolt, that took a couple of minutes off the removal and install.
