Is there a gasket for between the EGR pipe (or blanking plate) and the exhaust manifold? If so, anyone know the part number. I don't seem to be able to find one on Microcat...

I cant remember, there might have been a metal one, when I fit blanking plates I use CRC Maniseal and have done for many years without issue.

No gasket as such Scott. There is a stainless 'ring' type of seal originally however we only use the worth sealant or maniseal etc too.

Hi twr7cx,
My EGR removal kit came with a metal gasket for the blanking plate, I've just been to have a look there was no part number on the packet. I have used Klinger 4500 gasket material before successfully, this tends to be a bit more tolerant of slight imperfections.
Cheers Marty

Thanks for the replies.
A few eBay ads have the part number FDR118 but that doesn't seem to be an actual LR part number.
Maniseal it is for me then...
