Onsite van storage

Hi all,
Anyone know of a nice van park within a few hours of Melb where I can leave the van onsite or in storage? I am sick of dragging it from in laws house and have no room in my yard. Most parks will 'look after' it for me for a fee, but they do not really put much effort in.
I would prefer a park that actually monitors and cares for it, pref under cover and of course, dirt cheap. :wink:
