Hello Landrover World, has anybody got any experience on the Metabo 18 v Angle Grinder is it a good tool , would you recommend and if not what other brand would you recommend , will not be using it every day but would love to know is it as good and quality built :)a:)

The flexovit Ion discs are supposed to be very good for cordless grinders. IIRC it's a zirconia grain abrasive with a better binder to ensure it works well with the lower speed and torque of the battery grinders. 
There is a fair bit of tech in abrasives. So don't sell yourself short on the other end of the grinder...

They are a very good cordless grinder. I've had a full Metabo kit for about 6 years. It gets used for trade level work, just not all the time because my workplace supplies power tools.
When you switch the grinder on, you'd think it was 240v by the amount of torque it produces which is more than I can say for the Makita and Dewalt ones I've used.
The new ones are brushless, but I think they still sell the brushed version along side. So keep an eye out for that when looking at prices.
