Check Google and the Exmoor web site
Both have good video tutorials

A search on this site should find a tutorial - I posted one years ago, possibly in the (now defunct) AULRO magazine.

There's a member on here that did a number of youtube videos of his vehicle prep for a big lap - one of them was base foam replacement. Stuffed if I can recall his name but it was a decent video.
I did a base on the county recently. Easy job after a few minutes on YouTube.
Allow some time to clean/paint the frame if it's rusty.

Mine came from Landybitz. A few dollars dearer than ex UK but I was heading away on a trip and didn't want to risk a shipping delay. Britpart but seem to be OK so far.

I ordered 2 bases for my Defender from Exmoor a few days ago, cost 42 pounds. A few days later I was emailed a fright quote of 105 pounds, a total of $245 AUD. I asked to cancel the order. Where can they be sourced locally, for a reasonable cost?

I just ordered and installed a set from LR Direct are and they were the basic "techno" fabric at around $270 delivered. These where a Britpart kit and I'm happy with the quality.

Install wise, the only hard part was stretching the final clip together section of the base cushion together. It took me and a second pair of hands a good 20 mins to pull it over and clip together. * Tip here would be to compress the foam with 1 hand whilst using the other 3 hands :) to stretch it over. I took the time to sand and respray the seat runners etc at the same time and they look better than new now.
Money well spent. Good luck with yours.
