Is there a way to lower the top seat belt mount on the B Piller?

My wife is a bit shorter than most and finds that the seat belt does not hold her in her seat when we are going down 4wd tracks.

It might be a simple matter of lowering the top mount of the seat belt - is there a legal way of doing that???

Is there an after market adapter that will adjust the height of the seat belt mount?

Thanks,
Col.

Excuse me asking..

How does how high it sits across her influence holding her in her seat?
I can understand for shorter persons it may sit higher to their neck, however, how is it not holding her?

Is her shoulder dropping under and sliding forward?

Or are you referring to it not locking on a descent?

Hi Tombie,

The general comment from my wife is the seat belt mount is too high for the strap to hold her shoulder in place.

It is not an issue with the seat belt locking on a down hill descent.

She can move the seat forward and that helps - but then she is too close to the dash for her liking.

The thought is to lower the shoulder mount point and it would help.

Thanks for the interest.
Cheers,
Col.
