Just finished re-reading a book, ' General Sir Peter DE LA Billiere, Storm Command. A personal account of the first Gulf War". Good yarn. He also was involved in the Falklands War. Which brings me to this.

Thanks Bob. Very interesting. I was surprised there was no mention of the role of the SAS and how effective they were at destroying aircraft before they even left the ground. The Army don't like being sitting ducks in ships.

I think this was all about people, and the effect the War had on them. The story has been told from almost all angles.
