Has anyone installed one?

Is it hard to do?

Is there enough room in the engine bay for it to fit?

I want to get one of these so my mrs is happier with the extended trips. We usually camp near a river and wash in it but sometimes it's too cold. This will make cleaning ourselves a lot better

Having BAS deleted my EGR and installed a blank
I am contemplating trying to use the EGR cooler as a water heater
Exhaust gas temps around the 200 mark at idle should surely raise bathing water temp???

I've considered, but was thinking of a more DIY approach with proper ball valves to fully isolate the coolant flow to the device, and a proper heat exchanger and a simple 12V pump.
Old water to air intercoolers or even something from the fridgy catalogue could easily be modded to work (replace air with your water to be heated), and bonus is with the WTA coolers are they are often in a neat package to fit in engine bays as-is.
There is an ass-tonne of room near the the fuel cooler, and once the heat exchanger and pump side of things is squared away, it's just a matter of duty time to circulate thru a bucket to heat it up. I think single pass heating to 50 Celsius or so might be pushing it, but would be happy to know other's experiences.

Don't think I'm capable of doing this mod. I think il just get someone to do it. But there is enough room I take it.

I'd use one of these instead - can also do boiling water, and has a pump that can draw from a stream.

Are you sure that behemoth would fit in a 90?!
