200tdi into S2a - prep work

I'm picking up a 200tdi this week to drop into out S2a project.
Prior to putting the engine back in, what are some of the sensible prep jobs?
I thought that the timing belt should be done as a matter of course, anything else??

I would replace the rear diff and look for a gearbox that will stand the extra toque gear box failures after up grades are common and ser2 diffs and axles are pron to failure
