Anyone use one?

Not for a while, when I did have one it only shows the voltage with the power supply unloaded or at least the one I used did.

This will only tell you if your voltage on your power supply is outside of specifications or totally failed.

It won't tell you if you are overloading the power supply with your computer or if your power supply can't provide the required load.

So it will depend on what you want to test for.
