Hi Fery,
It doesn't look like it.
You'll need something that supports 27C1024 or 28F102 chips in a PLCC44 package if you are going to use a socket. the 28F102's are reprogrammable so probably the best choice.

Willem programmers work, but there seems to be better choices like
