G'day Guys,

DiscoWhite made me some rock sliders a couple of weeks ago, just like his. They have been into the pain shop and sat in my car until Scotty could install them (cannot lift at the moment with my neck).

They are VERY well made and fit perfectly

They bolt through the sills and pop rivet on the underside of the sill

i forgot to tell ya that thoes little bits of weld under the pipe are
the hi lift jack, to stop it slipping.(hope the painter didnt grind them off?)

all these little things i noticed when i built mine i fixed on yours.
and they fit neater than mine

how many noises were there to jack it up that high??
i was only game to do a corner at a time.

yeah we noticed the notches of weld under the tubes and thought the same.

you know Scotty, he likes to test everything to possible destruction - there was no noises as he lifted it, should there be https://www.aulro.com/afvb/

I would also be interested in a set. Had a look at some others today from a poular retailer in Vic and they did not look anywhere near as good.

if i started to make all these sets at work i would be out of a job!
one or two here and there no probs but at last count
its more like 10 sets and a few defender ones and a set for an
S2 disco. i only have measurements for S1 disco and classic rangie
atmo.

if only i was in brissy with my shed and fab equipment ide
go into production.

but hate to say it but, sorry fellas.
i might do a set here and there.

if these are the round pipe ones then they will bend easy.
if you could ever bend mine you'de be needing a new car!
thats why they are $475 a set.

After a trip with Tony, Scouse, XSI and Disco95, some of these would be very useful for next time. Can someone please repost the pictures?
