D4 Srvice in Canberra

Hello,

Can anyone suggest a brilliant service agent in Canberra, either dealer or independent please? I have been extremely happy with MLR but it is a 1400 kilometre round trip. Canberra is only a 500 kilometre round trip.....

Alternatively, is the D4 simple enough to home service? I have been unable to find a service manual - do they exist?

I have used a few service providers in CBR and overall, have no real issue with the LR dealer in Woden. They are more expensive than the regular mechanic but they have carried out good workshop servicing for both myself and a mate who also owns a D4. Both our D4's are modified and the mechanical staff are good guys to talk to for advice and information.

I am on the south coast of NSW, roughly between Eden and Bega.

Thanks for the replies - I have ordered the manual from Dave-can-do, but if there is a good mechanic anywhere near I prefer not to do it myself, even though the warranty is now out.

Give Johnny at The Series Workshop a call, or email via their website. He has all the gear and is realistic about repair/replace etc

OR

Adrian at Waterfall, he is mobile and can meet you somewhere within reason, Wollongong maybe another good indi mechanic.
