After market head unit 2007 RRS

Has anyone replaced theres in a 2007 RRS? Im after something with blue tooth so i can use my iphone hands free plus play music from the phone, not really worried about having a cd player. Prefer something easy to fit and maintain steering wheel controls.

Problem solved for now with a $50 Aerpro unit, the salesman talked me out of spending big $$$ on an alternative head unit or even a Parrot - apparently its a nightmare for this model RRS and a fair bit of work involved.
Aerpro unit is working like a dream for both phone and music, doesnt have all the bells and whistles but still does the job.
