Hey all, we need a dual cab for work, with all the safety stuff (I wish Landrover made a 130 with airbags so on) any recommendations or cars to steer clear of, been looking at the BT-50, ranger, triton. The reviews are a bit hit n miss, also a bit worrying, everything from replacement transmissions to rusting.

My daughters have Ranger and Dmax. Both Tray backs, and now about a year old. The Ranger does long distances and lots of towing. The Dmax also does long trips, not so much towing. Both have been trouble free. I'd have either if the need arose. Obviously, the Ranger has more grunt, but is heavier on fuel.
