Single motor wipers - rubber boot - where to get ?

Hi all,

I have a late 2a with a single wiper motor.

Does anyone know where I can buy a new rubber boot that the spiral cable runs through at the top of the metal dash board ?

From the last post I can find on this forum (from 2013) relating to this boot, I understand the part number is 338846. It is available from Craddocks, but at 27 GBP, so I was hoping to find a more local and cheaper source.

Any help appreciated.

I bought one of a fellow LRRegSA club member for $50. There was one on ebayUK couple years ago and they wanted 120GBP for it. Dont know where this guy got the boots but he got 3 and i bought 1, he kept one and another member bought the other one. He said he got them from some supplier in the UK but he wasnt forth coming with where. Sorry.

A few UK sites list it but have no stock (eg. LR Series)
Craddock is expensive as mentioned.

BritCar say ask and they may be able to get it for you, price seems OK but can they get them ???

Four Wheel Drives in Blackburn have them listed in their catalogue as GR22.
However my catalogue is not current, so whether they still stock them I don't know.



Also, Blanchard & Co in the UK don't have a price and do not list them as unavailable.
