On my 96 HSE my idle speed sits at 720 when in Park or neutral regardless of whether the A/C is running or not which is correct according to RAVE. However, when I have the car in Drive and the brakes on (eg at traffic lights) my idle speed drops just below 600 RPM. Is this normal? What readings are you guys getting? I can't find any reference to the idler speed value in RAVE when the car is in Drive.
