Show only new topics (since last log-on)

Hello - I've been looking for a button or search function to just show me forum posts since the last time I logged in.
Most online forums/boards have one, but I can't find it here.
Am I missing something obvious.....

Can I get this from a button anywhere, or do I have to type it in each time? Sorry for more questions - just getting started here.

if you go to the forums frontpage where all the forums are listed, on the right just above the forum listing is a link to "view posts since last visit"
