ROBCO are the original manufacturers in Sydney Dave. They still sell them, albeit not cheap.

Bit of a late answer.
My GS came without canvas and started my search with Robco, but if you don't need or want Auscam you can get them from UK. Got mine from Exmoor Trim, including a fume curtain, for AUD$900 delivered which is a fair saving. They do all the NATO military colours plus civvie colours too. No holes for the rack though but a half decent canvas shop should be able to sew in some grommets for you.

Thanks Cudgee,

I've seen an FFR one on their website. Do they do a specific one for GS? Or did you order one for a Wolf?
What was the fit like? Would mind posting a pic or 2.

Thanks

Hi Rathgar

The one for the Wolf. '110" Full Hood'

Even though the Perentie has the heavy front and rear ROPS, the outside dimensions are the same so they fit fine. Bit of mucking about behind the doors where the front stick and the ROPS so close together but all good. Mine went on for a test fit then straight off again because I've pulled her apart for a respray (solid green, nothing silly). So no photos as yet.

There's a Perentie out there with an Exmoor hood because I saw it on instagram once. Can't remember which rabbit hole I went down to find that out though. Maybe try #perentie for starters and start scrolling.

For the fume curtain to fit flush against the middle bulkhead you have to remove the rifle clip , and the higher seat belt mount in the Perentie means the belt doesn't sit in the cutouts provided. Can work around that though. Need a couple of tie offs on the bulkhead for the retaining straps too. Fume curtain has to be worth a couple of degrees in winter though!

Other UK suppliers as well but Exmoor were really easy to deal with. Quick email replies etc . Hood I wanted wasn't in stock but they gave me a manufacture and ship date and they were pretty well bang on. Probably a 3 week wait total.

Have to say Robco service was excellent when I was making first enquiries.

cheers

Thanks Cudgee

Its interesting that their prices for the FFR Perentie hood and standard 110 are the same/similar where as the Wolf item is considerably more expensive. Do you know why? Are they thicker? Lined?

Sorry Rathgar, gave you a bum steer there. I got the standard 110" lid not the Wolf. From what I just read the Wolf lid is proper UK military spec, flame retardant PVC, not canvas, and IR reflective etc so that would be your extra cost right there.
Probably overkill on the paddock basher!

I bought a Mo hair top of All Wheel Trim in England , with the $300 import duty it cost me 1700. I picked Mo Hair because it is more water proof ,thicker (less wind noise) and will last longer. It came with the pads on top and I chose to have no side windows .My truck is a G S
