View Full Version : D100 Building - Shortened Chassis

Here we are a couple of months down the track - one shortened D110 chassis, so now its a D100!!!

You can see where the chassis has been shortened and the final plate over the top of the sleeve.

This is the amount of chassis that was removed

You can see the rear outrigger and cross members are now located 10" further back

Currently I have both the original 300 Tdi engine mounts and the new V8 engine mounts on the chassis. I hope to keep the Tdi ones on, providing I have the space - just incase I wish to put in a 2.8 Brazilian motor!!!
