Hi All,
Reposted after server loss
HELP urgently needed in Brisbane! I have a Land Rover V8 motor bought off the Markets section stuck at a courier depot in Pinkenba that they will not ship as it has oil in the motor - I need someone to go there and drain and dispose of the oil as soon as possible.
Any offers of assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers LRH

Just a PS. All I need is an address, a phone number, and some one of authority to talk to.

Job done. The people at Hunters were very helpful, but they asked me to pass a message on, if you sell an engine, make sure the oil is removed before shipping it. Engines with oil in will not be transported. The responsibility is on the seller. I should have taken a fishing rod, king tide, lots of people fishing at Pinkenba. Almost turned into the Pink Pub, for a cleansing ale, thought better of it.

Sounds great,, but I still have the noisy gearbox. Reluctant to push it until I can get it looked at. Not something I can do myself , MR are going to do the job, I just have to save a bit more to cover it. There will be other times, I'm sure.
