What Is It & Where Does It Go ?

was cleaning the 2013 D4 today and found this plastic piece laying in the rear luggage area,
not sure where it goes, any ideas?
I layed the iPhone 5 next to it for the size comparison - it has some part numbers on it, but had no luck with Mr Google finding them.
