I had enough of the hissing noise that just happened to appear after a visit to the city for a warranty job,at the same time it went to a top of the range panel shop to fix some minor panel damage after a roo impact on my Exmouth trip.I had it back to the dealer they put it on the hoist, checked for turbo leaks etc, nothing.Went and saw the panel shop, they had a quick look everything is in place, door seals are working, you need to see your dealer.
Today I discovered there is a foam rubber seal that lives under the plastic trim below the windscreen, its in there put nothing like the passenger side.I got some foam rubber and put it in the hole, silence is golden.Back to the panel shop it seems. My vehicle was the cheapest in the yard at the time,I don't care that its not worth hundreds of thousands,I just want that hissing noise gone[bawl][bawl][bawl]

But justified.

I hate it when the job by so called professionals is not done properly..[bigsad]

I'm going to hazard a guess that your talking about the same panel shop that didn't fix the roof on our 90 after it had been approved for warranty repair on the cracks in the roof. When we had the same job on the 110 done they said we were being fussy getting cracks repaired under warranty. They are supposedly top of the range but the service leaves a bit too be desired and I know there have been issues with their work before.

Yep that's the one. Land Rovers aren't exotic enough. Have you heard the story about how he used to build Holdens.
