I have an MKV video (H264 whatever that bit means?) that I need to split into 4 separate video files - basically cutting it up into chapters. I tried using Nero 2014 Video but that requires an extremely time consuming re-encoding of each video (total video is over 3 hours).
Are there FREE tools where by you can cut and trim a video without re-encoding?
