Can anyone shed light on how to remove the airbag and accompanying switch packs from a 2012? The powerfuluk video doesn't reveal just what is required to be done with the square-ended screw-driver. I'm fearful of breaking at least the switch packs and possibly other parts if I keep trying without knowing exactly what needs to be done.

I need to replace the left switch pack with an adaptive CC version.

Graeme, member BigJon, recently posted he replaced his steeering wheel with a brand new one, so he would have had to remove the Airbag to to that job, maybe PM him, he might be able to give advice.
Cheers, Mario

Job done, courtesy of a thread on RangeRovers.net. The tool, in my case a piece of wire, has to be inserted horizontal with the wheel horizontal and parallel to the face of the wheel. It doesn't require much pressure, just need to find the internal hole then press then hold the airbag out slightly while the tool is withdrawn. No pressure is required on the airbag, contrary to my expectations.
