Workplace double standards ?

There is a cartoon in the business section of the Courier Mail called " Dilbert ". I thought it was just a laugh, but perhaps it's based on fact.Is big business as bad as it sounds ? Read the link to UBER, in the article. I can but shake my head.

One to try and find is matt greoning , of Simpsons fame , life in hell series . One in particular is titled bosses from hell. Very apt.
