Is this a new variation on the oil rig worker scam

First of all the price of the camper is $13,000.
The camper was used only for my family trips so it is in excellent
condition without any damage or scratches at all, it looks as a new
van.
Also, it comes with a clear title, roadworthy certificate and registration.
We have returned to UK last week, so we must sell the camper.
I will not be able to deal in person, but I can arrange the transport
to your address using a shipping company, the camper is already in the
custody of the transport company in Darwin Northern Territory.
The name of the shipping company is Evesham Limited and their website
is Evesham Ltd - Home (http://www.eveshamltd.co.uk).
Unfortunately an inspection or pick up is not possible because the
camper is already stored securely and ready to be shipped.
The camper can be delivered to your address in 3-4 days, I will pay
the delivery charges so you don't need to worry.
There is also a 5 day refund policy included so if you will not like
the camper, you will receive a full refund, no fees or taxes deducted.
You will need to make the payment to the transport company after you
have received the invoice for the camper and the tracking number which
allows you to check the transport progress at any time on their
website.
The transport company will hold the money in their account and I will
receive the money from them ONLY after you have received, inspected
and agreed to keep the camper.
Please note that you can contact the transport company and verify all
the details. If you are ready to buy the camper I need to know your
full name and address, as soon as I have this information I will start
the official procedure, and Evesham Limited will notify you about
this.
The transport company will send you an Invoice with all the info you
will need to complete the transaction.

Seems to be the standard old scam - not a variation.

Seems to be the standard old scam - not a variation.

Same same but in reverse, its usually a buyer trying this one on for a scam.
