Tvan rental in Melbourne?

Anyone know if there are any Tvan rentals in Melbourne? If so, how much for a few weeks? Are they worth renting? Has anyone used them?

To me they look very impressive to take off road. My wife's idea of camping is a Bed & Brekfast that she has not stayed in before. I like the idea of a Double bed, and need to break her in gently to the wonders of camping.

I have been to the factory around the corner that makes Tvan's. Am not sure if I want to buy one yet. This is why I would like to rent one for a "quick 2-3 week trip.

your best beat would be to wait until the Wandin 4wd show if possible

i think from memory they had them there for hire

or try caravan world and ask around

i did a product test on them back in 2004. only short though, just for a weekend. it was unreal, i'd love to have one but don't have $35k. renting is a good option, the place in sydney does them for about $500 a week, but has a minimum booking period in school holidays of 2 weeks.
