So I am need of buying a new pc. I have decided to go a desktop.
I use it for gaming and a lot of study.
My current setup is a laptop that is 8gb ram, 1tb hd, 1gb graphics. intel quad core up to 2.68 ghz.
I run 2 screens from this.
I want to be able to run at least 3 screens, possible 1 that is 4k.
I mostly play Dota/League of Legends but have played warcraft and guild wars in the past.
I am unsure of what I should focus on as it is so easy to do some upgrades here and there but it can quickly get expensive.
I am intending on spending between $1000-1500. I know it is not much for gaming but it should do.
Any recommendations or know which part/s I should focus on the most?
Cheers Landy Smurf

Yeah I need 3 screens. 2 is not enough.
I am thinking graphics will be my number one priority. Just do not know exactly which one to go for.

any 1080 will do [bighmmm]
and future proof it for 4-5 years,,, exy though in OZ,,
check the motherboard and buy the SLOWEST ram that will work,, but buy at least 8gb, preferably 16gb of CHEAP lifetime warranty name brand ram,,

check the (length of) warranty on everything,,

I was going to say Metabox, but they only do laptops.

If I was going desktop, I'd build it myself.

cheers

I did think about it, but I don't have the confidence and time.

you will need to upgrade the graphics card but---
