Can one repair rims

I have 1 rim with oversize holes due to loos wheel nuts can I weld the holes and re machine them to the correct size? :oops:

You could but you need to get someone qualified to weld it up, then you would need a lathe or milling machine to get the weld back to the right thickness.

In all honesty it would be cheaper and safer to buy a replacement wheel.

Ther are specialist wheel reconditioners, Eastern Wheel works, Ajax that are more than capable to repair that. If its only 1 rim get it repaired and mark it as a spare.
