Hello, thanks for letting me join.
Memory going a bit but many years ago when converting from the spring loaded upper king pin bearing I referred to conversion instructions that showed that when inserting the upper pin it was important to make sure the bottom face of the new pin (that sits on the round disc in the bearing) was at a certain distance from the face of the steering arm that is in contact with the housing, to ensure stub axle assembly central on chromium ball. On looking at your PDF on fitting the Railko conversion there is no mention of such a distance. Has anyone come across this?
Regards
Richard
