Mark, I finally found one and got around to drawing it.

I measured it with a plastic ruler.
I'll run a vernier over it to confirm the dimensions.

Have not seen too many 5mm thick washers around Mick. I suspect its machined/spacer, easy enough to make though.

Just ran the vernier over it. It's actually 4mm thick and 26mm diameter.
