sounds like god marketing speak.

i still see amd as 90% performance for 80% of the price.

i've had amd for my gfx card the last 10 years. i only went to nvidia when i went 4k gaming. amd just didnt have anything suitable.

It's the new chipset that all GPUs will be based off. It's essentially the brains of the whole GPU.
