people need to send in the filled in form and payment details if they do a DD or they should include a cheque

the form is in the Slow general chat area I believe.

maybe send an email out to all the addresses we have with the form attached so people don't need to hunt for it...

I think it is still $25.00 for single membership and $40.00 for family. I assume you would pay single. Can anyone confirm this?

Can we get this happening please? I've had zero correspondence and no email for membership renewals. These were always part of our club's process.

It's a very basic service for a club of any description. Out of the handful of members at Samford yesterday, no one knew how to renew. Not good enough folks.
