I'm not sure the bits I'm after are on there though!

it might be 17A75OB. are they sided? is there a L and an R version?

Yes, sided. RHS DQG000063, LHS DQG000073

Description is Bracket - Bumper mounting, LH (or RH) , Centre

WEB500144 from what I'm guessing you want and what I can see. That parts diagram isn't particularly clear. Might need a VIN to confirm

No thats not it, what is the source of all your diagrams?

the bit I'm after is composite and sits infant of the leading edge of the tyre in its undercounted position i guess to protect it from stone etc damage, but also from heat from the exhaust.

Microcat. There is an online version available here: Microcat - Spare parts Land Rover catalogue in English (http://lrparts.ru/engl/). It's quite clunky to use.

Found it. Valance panel RRY500070, superseded by RRY500010
