Went to a vintage show today. Unfortunately the organisers assumed, incorrectly, that I was entering the LR88 when in point of fact my intention was to show the wife in the vintage class, Owing to this error the LR88 was placed between a Ford Mustang and a Ford Capri and in close proximity to a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. However during the course of the afternoon a lot of interest was shown the the LR88's chassis, body work and bulkhead. Had my original plan been adhered to and the wife placed between the Mustang and the Capri, I seriously doubt the her chassis, bodywork and bulkhead would have attracted as much interest. You can see the LR88 in one of photos.
Anyway it was a nice afternoon, I got to drive 40 miles in the LR88 and all proceeds wet to a worthy cause, namely a centre to support those who have the tendency to self harm or who have suicidal tendencies.
Here are some photos.

I think you were wise not to enter her in the event. Sometimes it's better not to know...

Suspension would definitely not have withstood a close examination, and as for the bulkhead......
