Hey lads.
I don't have first hand experience but watched an install video not long ago. Link pasted below.
Hope this helps.

I have the kit and will be fitting it soon. Will get back to you. Basically all it does is replace the bias plate, which is prone to breaking, with a mod that has a solid bit , and stronger springs. Check the link posted earlier from lyhoon 94.

This shows you what needs to be done to get to the bias plate. More or less explains the operation of the bias plate. You will see the how the slick shift overcomes the problem of a broken bias plate if you watch both videos.

That's the one. I'll be forced to get off my backside and install it now, I guess. If I can do it, any one can. Most would be a lot quicker than I, but that's ok. Can't be any harder than the CDL connection kit. Also a good time to clean the top of the gearbox.

Done!. Fitted it today, been driving around with everything open, making adjustments as needed. The best result I have found is pushing the block [ those who get the kit will know.] to the drivers side, putting pressure on the larger spring. Took me a while, but that's just me. Trying to get my head around why there is such an improvement. Put it down to the kit having a spacer that fits under the gearstick , lifting it up. Also you have the capability of adjusting the block side to side. My kit didn't have instructions with it, but the you tube video saved the day. At this point in time I am happy with it.
