L320 Towing weight

Does anyone know if the L320 can be modified to tow 4.2 Tonnes?

I've never heard of it...

Never heard of it as well - for a start you would need a suitably rated tow bar and that would have to be specially designed and engineered - let alone the rest of the vehicle.
