My Telstra email is down

I can't log into my Telstra email account and apparently I am not the only one with this problem, Anyone else have the same drama?

I finally got mine sorted.
After spending over half an hour on hold which was far too painful so I hung up on the tossers then spending over an hour with the online chat which I also had to wait 20min I finally got a result.
Something had happened at Telstra's end so that my password wasn't recognised anymore.

Mine went down two nights ago but back up the next morning

This has happened again [bawl]
After spending the best part of 2 hrs on that telstra"Chat" thingy talking to Mumbai I ended up talking on the phone to the chat blokes supervisor ( That I could hardly understand his English) it transpires that I now have to wait up to 24hrs to have my email account reinstated.
What a PITA and the Telstra website is a Bloody nightmare to navigate to actually talking to someone and I have NO idea of how I got to the Chat window.
