Is there a method for safely moving the ACE RAM through it's travel when the vehicle is off? I ask as the mount extension broke over the weekend, releasing the link pin and then the ACE has attempted to push down, I now need to move the swaybar upwards in order to fit a new link pin in.

As fluid flows unrestricted between the front and rear rams, jacking the front will cause fluid to flow - just have to jack the correct side to get the desired effect.

I think I normally just jack the axle into place.

I ended up jacking it on the chases where the rear trailing arms mount. That raised the vehicle body on that side enough that I could get the link pin into the mount on the diff.
