Why will it not work on my laptop? ok on mobile. I have tried every way I know how but it just will not connect. It says connected but no internet. What do I have to do to get it to work

Telstra Air is very flakey and only works when it wants to. I've found that some devices work and others don't - until I get much closer to the signal, then they may come to life.

Very frustrating as yes, you'll be able to connect to the wifi but not get anything to work - when I researched this myself after signing up for it, I realised I was not alone and if you get Internet every 4th or 5th time you're doing well.
