My 2.7TDV6 RRS has now hit the 10 years of age mark so a few extra service items are required. The rubber brake hoses should have been replaced 4 years ago but were not. As I will be shortly replacing the brake disks and pads I want to do the brake hoses at the same time.

Looking online at the local LR parts suppliers none seem to list the hoses - so other than LR where can I get the correct brake hoses locally.

Thanks

Garry

I don't think we are that nasty Garry. Would you like me to merge the 2 posts into the Disco area ??

My brake specialist can make new flexible hoses to sample. Surely you could get that done locally.

Yes for sure - but that means the car is off the road for up to a week (been through that) - you can buy the disks, pads and sensors from aftermarket suppliers but it seems that to buy ready made brake hoses is hard to find.

Yes if I draw a blank I will have to get them made.

Cheers

A week? I get same day service, usually a couple of hours. Maybe that is one of the perks of being in the trade.
