I remember reading something about RUNVA was one of the few to give a warranty for water immersion, I think....

From what I have read on this site the Runva winches are pretty well regarded.
I am not sure about the immersion bit But most winches will run under water and the secret to keeping the alive is to service them regularly especially after a dip.

I have had a remote 9500 Runva on my car trailer for a couple of years without any issues at all. It has never been immersed in water but does sit out in the weather. I serviced it when it was first fitted as well as a couple of other times over that period. Good winch IMO.

I've got a Runva 11XP Premium (IP67 rated) fitted to an ARB Deluxe bar on my D2a.

From their warranty book

"Ingress of water, mud and dust
We believe that winches are designed to be used off-road and therefore could be exposed to water, mud, dust or snow on a regularbasis. Our warranty covers your winch against ingress of these elements under normal use. We do exclude the use of high pressurejets on the winch, please do not waterblast your winch."
