Visited the local T&T market this morning and picked up a small adjustable spanner.
Made by Garrington but more importantly it had a Jaguar logo on it. Turns out it's from an E Type tool kit so I now need to find an E Type owner who is desperate to own it !

You're looking at it all wrong.
You've started a new project. You now have to find/collect the rest of the car.

I picked up a Rich torque wrench not long ago at the markets, like brand new, still in the box with instructions.
My main tool i look for are shifters,6 to 12".Never seen one like that but have picked up a lot of good quality brands,Snap on,Cresent,Minimax, etc.
Don't go near the Chines ones, they are garbage.
They are the main tool the boys loose.
i prime them and paint them bright pink nowadays,so they are less likely to get lost, and it seems to work.

My late BIL restored a 1928 Dodge after picking up a wheel hub cover at a t&t market for $0.50
The rest of the build cost him considerably more :bigrolf:
