About time they grew a set and confronted the Australian car industry about their appalling lack of customer service. Can only hope this is the first of many with the ACCC's report into the industry due out next month.

John Cardogan has just released a good video about this (which I can't link due to the potty talk) but well worth a watch as he's not a big fan of how manufacturers treat customers.

I hope they turn their attention to the caravan industry because many makers and their retailers treat customers as crap as soon as their money is in the bank. We got threatened by the biggest yard here in WA for having a rear wheel cover with a message to them on it but I ignored them. Far too many others congratulated us for both the cover and court action we took.
I'm glad Ford have been criticised and lets hope the message gets through to others.

I did not think the language was that bad to say you could not link it .
No F bombs or alike but i guess you being one of the select few you have lead by example :tease:

Finally a start!!!!
way to slow though, China, Japan and the USA have already from 2009 forced vw to put a 10 year warranty on their dsg, fords version is having a similar failure rate in Europe, but their laws are as lax as ours..

The VW DSG box is magic.. Probs usually caused by lack of maintenance and poor quality oils.. The Ford things are terrible!... Mind you, so are things like Fiestas and Mondeo's!

Rofl, go look at John cardogon and vw DSG ! Then go watch his post about vw and diesel gate.
Me and my family now would never ever buy one again , as it almost killed my wife and I 2 months ago! Basically ,fully serviced, 2010 multivan 7 sod dsg ,and at 140,000km we where doing 100kph on freeway when it lost all power!
Throw in the massive depreciation and it was a mega lemon.
